WARRANTY

Here at D and J Specialty Equipment we work hard to ensure that items purchased from us are of the highest quality.  We back up our quality of work by providing our customers with a 6-month warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase.  In the rare case of product failure or manufacturing defect, you may submit a warranty form for review by the D and J Specialty Equipment Warranty Department.  At our discretion we may repair the item, replace parts on an item, exchange an item, or provide a refund up to the full value of the item.  Damages due from improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate at the discretion of our Warranty Department.  If a repair is authorized, it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of purchase) during the 6 months period after the date of your original purchase of the product.  Items damaged from abuse, misuse or overloading are not covered under warranty.  For example, a customer would void the warranty if the did not following the owner’s manual and used the trench bucket without first using a planer to grind up the surface material.   Normal wear and tear is to be expected and will not be covered under warranty.

PRODUCT MUST BE USED ONLY AFTER A COLD PLANER OR MILLING MACHINE HAS BEEN USED OR WARRANTY IS VOIDED.
